HVAC Scenting Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the HVAC Scenting Affiliate Program! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for participating in our affiliate program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms:

 

 

1. Eligibility

  • Participation is open to individuals who have a valid social media presence, website, or blog that aligns with our brand values.

  • Affiliates must be at least 18 years old to join.

 

 

2. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates will earn 10% commission on every sale made through their unique affiliate link or discount code.

  • Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts applied at checkout.

 

 

3. Discount Code for Followers

  • Affiliates will be provided with a unique discount code offering their followers a 20% discount on purchases.

  • Affiliates must use only the discount code and link provided by HVAC Scenting to track sales.

 

 

4. Payouts

  • Commissions are paid out every 30 days. Payments will be made via [payment method, e.g., PayPal or bank transfer].

  • Payouts are processed 30 days after the sales are confirmed to account for potential returns or refunds.

 

 

5. Promotional Guidelines

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Affiliates may not engage in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to self-referrals, false sales, or unauthorized use of discount codes.

  • Spamming or using unethical methods to drive traffic is strictly prohibited.

  • Affiliates may not run paid ads (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) using HVAC Scenting' brand name or trademarks.

 

 

7. Termination

  • HVAC Scenting reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time for violating these terms.

  • Affiliates may also terminate their participation at any time by providing written notice.

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • Affiliates may use the provided promotional materials, including logos and product images, solely for the purpose of promoting HVAC Scenting.

  • All intellectual property rights remain the property of HVAC Scenting.

 

 

9. Liability

  • HVAC Scenting is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate's participation in the program.

  • Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements.

 

 

10. Changes to Terms

  • HVAC Scenting reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or the affiliate portal.
