Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Florida Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Holidays Shipping: 5-7 business days
Orders typically ship within the business day if placed by 2:00 pm EST, orders placed after noon will ship the next business day. All orders (except free samples) are shipped via FedEx, USPS or UPS with tracking numbers, the tracking information will be communicated to the email address on the order.
Florida sales tax will be calculated and assessed for all in-store purchases and for online orders with Florida shipping addresses.
HVAC Scenting is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@hvacscenting.com within 60 days of the original dispatch date. We would assist you in filling a claim with the carrier UPS, FedEx or USPS. As part of the claim process, the carrier would provide more details on transit information and the final investigation outcome.
