Rubbing alcohol can be used to clean any spillage as long as the surface/area is not reactive to alcohol.

The consumption of fragrance oil depends on your diffuser model, intensity level, hours of operation per day and days per week.

As a general principle for our residential diffuser models, at a medium intensity level, working seven days a week from 8:00AM to 20:00PM the consumption of oil is approximately 200ml for HVAC10, 500ml for HVAC30 and 1000ml for HVAC150.

This is just an estimate and the actual consumption level can vary based on your diffuser and program settings.

• Can be used ONLY for waterless cold air diffusers/nebulizing scent machines.
• Do not mix aroma oils with water.
• When refilling the oil, simply take out the diffuser bottle and fill it up to the rim of the diffuser bottle (approximately 80% of bottle capacity), please do not top it off with oil.
• We ship our oils in aluminum bottles (200ml, and 500ml), please refill the original diffuser bottle with oil.
• Do not discard the original diffuser bottle!

No, the fragrance oils are cold air diffused to nano-particles and will not leave residue on your floor surface or furniture.

Yes, this diffuser operates from 100 – 240 V, the plug is for US (110) receptacles. For non-US receptacles, you would need to procure an adapter from the US to your country-specific plug type.

If the diffuser malfunctions due to usage of non HVAC SCENTING fragrance oil, the customer will be responsible for repair cost and shipping costs.

No! Not recommended to place aroma diffusers in the attic space if the temperature is not controlled. Extreme variations in temperature will cause changes in oil viscosity, which it terms affect the misting process. Hot temperatures could make the oil too liquidly and cause oil spills. Cold temperatures could make the oil too dense and not atomize at all.

Please, check the connection between the plastic tube coming from the diffuser and your HVAC, the connection should be snug and properly sealed.

Our diffusers transform the fragrance oils into nano-particles that can travel effortlessly throughout the air ducts and vents without any oil residue. The aroma diffusers that come with an HVAC adaptor (brass fitting and plastic tube) can work with your HVAC system.

Connecting the aroma diffuser to your HVAC thermostat for automatic control is possible and should be done by a licensed professional only. In principle, this approach entails having a power relay switch (sold separately in Home Depot and electronic stores) being triggered by the thermostat and on/off cycle the 110V source of the aroma diffuser.

Leveraging the thermostat control for On/Off cycles ensures 100% synchronization between your HVAC and aroma diffuser and negates the need to have the air handler fan On all the time. Some companies have attempted to use the pressure switch approach, but based on our observations thermostat connection control has superior accuracy. The pressure switch approach is prone to false-positive/negative as precise pressure calibration in the air ducts is often not possible.

If you have elected for an HVAC type connection, the HVAC fan must be constantly turned on in order to dissipate the aroma particles. Not having the HVAC fan ON for a prolonged period of time can also damage your aroma diffuser.

No additional servicing is required for HVAC type connection. For optimum aroma diffuser performance please ensure proper HVAC connection, dust-free diffuser placement and timely fragrance oil refills also help.
